Every IV starts with a clinical assessment, not a menu order. We use ultrasound guidance so the IV goes in right the first time.

When it's medically appropriate, procedures marked "Included" are part of your $349 house call at no extra cost. Anything else is quoted before we start.
Ultrasound-guided IVs Included
Ultrasound helps us find the right vein and place your IV on the first try, even for "hard sticks."
Fetal heart rate & movement Included
Bedside ultrasound to confirm your baby's heart rate and movement.
Abscess care Included
Ultrasound evaluation, incision and drainage when needed, and antibiotics if indicated.
Wound care Included
Wound checks, cleaning, dressing changes, and minor burn care.
Sprain & fracture care Included
Exam and splinting. If you need an X-ray, we arrange a mobile X-ray at your home, often the same day (quoted separately).
Splinter & foreign body removal Included
Splinters, debris in the skin or eye, objects in the ear or nose, and even a stuck ring, removed safely.
Ear wax removal Included
Gentle softening and irrigation to clear blocked ears.
Stitch & staple removal Included
Including stitches placed by another provider, removed at the right time.
Acne injection Included
Big event and a painful breakout? A small injection to calm inflamed acne, when appropriate.
Laceration repair Quoted first
Stitches, staples, or skin glue. The price depends on size and complexity, and we give it to you before we start.
Dislocation reduction Quoted first
Shoulder, finger, and toe dislocations put back in place at home, with X-ray confirmation when needed.
PEG tube replacement Quoted first
Feeding tube replacement at home, including X-ray confirmation of placement when needed.
